These terms cover your use of Rivo Connect, the client portal operated by Hybrivo ([Hybrivo legal entity name]). Your company's services agreement or statement of work with us governs the work itself: scope, fees, revision rounds and deliverables. If these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement wins.
Access
- Access is by invitation. Your account is for you; please don't share sign-in links.
- Your company's admin and our team can add or remove people. We may suspend access that puts the service or other clients at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store, copy, modify and use it only as needed to provide the portal and our services, including printing items you order. You confirm you have the rights to the materials you share, such as logos, photos and product images.
Approvals and decisions
When you approve, request changes, deny or sign off in the portal, that action is recorded against the exact version you saw, with your name and the time. Both of us may rely on these records. An approval means the work is accepted to move forward, for example to publishing or print. Please review carefully, especially print files, where changes after approval can cost money.
The portal shows how many revision rounds your agreement includes. Rounds beyond that may be quoted separately, as set out in your agreement.
Printing
Quote requests are free and don't commit you to anything. An order starts only when you accept a quote. Pricing, quantities, materials, delivery dates and any deposit are confirmed in that quote. Printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload anything unlawful, infringing, or containing malware.
- Don't try to access other companies' data or interfere with the service.
Confidentiality
We treat your briefs, files and feedback as confidential and use them only to serve you. Please treat our work in progress the same way until it's published.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the portal available and your files safe, but it's provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. Please keep your own copies of important files. To the extent the law allows, our liability related to the portal is limited as set out in your services agreement, or, if none applies, to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending access
When our work together ends, we may close portal access after giving you a reasonable chance to download your files. See the Privacy Policy for how long records are kept.
